The room we had included climate control and multi-channel television. We truly enjoyed comfortable beds. Hotel's location was particularly good and magnificent, in the middle of jackson.

everything was fine during 2 days, thoroughly enjoyed its particularly good and excellent location next to sulphur for less $ and eateries. the a double room was big size and cool. the bed was comfortable and there were climate control and multi-channel television to use.

We were shocked to find roaches in our room and a dead scorpion in the bathtub. Maintenance was slow to respond, and management showed little concern. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Stayed over the new year. Enjoyed the convenient location near restaurants and a gym across the street. the staff and housekeepers were friendly and respectful, making us feel like family. the room was spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable bedding and essential amenities provided, such as a fridge, microwave. the housekeeping staff was accommodating, and we had a comfortable stay overall.

Experienced issues with room maintenance as the doorknob broke, leading to one of our group members getting locked in the restroom. the bathroom cleanliness, water pressure, and limited towels were areas for improvement.

We appreciated our one-night stay here. We were upgraded to a cheap and clean room. - the location was convenient. - the staff was really helpful and friendly throughout our stay. - It only took us 5 minutes to walk to the 7 South bus stop.
